Exchange & Return Period

Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or return, products must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in their original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Be free from stains, damage, odors, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal use reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Hijab Caps
Hijab Bands
Niqabs
Under Scarves
Any other personal-use accessories

These items are considered final sale once purchased.

Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or with discount offers are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping charges related to exchanges.

This includes:

Returning the original item
Delivery of the exchanged item

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

Customized Orders

Customized, altered, made-to-measure, or special-order products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

As these items are prepared according to customer-specific requirements, all sales of customized products are considered final unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed according to the nature of the order and product condition.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and courier costs are non-refundable.
